Session file — save everything (phase, clock, injects fired, decisions, opinion swing, log) to a file, and load it back later or on another machine. Load also accepts an exported session log (⇩ above): it rebuilds the injects fired, the timeline, the phase & clock reached, and the opinion swing. Cell traffic is merged, never deleted — a recovery copy is saved first.

Reload every seat — blue, red and the projector. Use after a mid-exercise fix, or to hand the same devices to a new group on the same room code: each screen reloads and forgets its seat name, unread marks and map view. Nothing filed to the session is touched. Three presses.

Pull-outs announce themselves on the projector and tell the student they are out of the simulation for 20 minutes: Z NSA (medical — who holds the pen) · H SecDef (son in the ER) · S SecState (UN emergency session) · U ODNI (called to the SCIF — intel goes quiet). I CoS (sister in Taipei) stays AT the table — a conflict-of-interest stressor, not a pull-out. Fire a substantive inject inside any 20-minute window to make the absence bite.
