6.1 AI consultation, by decision

41Decisions filed
27AI consulted first
9Adopted unchanged
6Overridden on the record

Every filed decision records whether the Devil's Advocate was consulted before it was written, and whether the advice survived into the decision. Nine decisions carried the AI's framing forward with no visible alteration — the pattern the exercise is built to surface.

Offloading delegates a task and keeps the judgment. Surrender adopts the answer as your own. The distinction is the finding, and it is only visible because the consultation was logged at the moment it happened.

6.3 The figure nobody checked

A single unsourced number was seeded into the intelligence picture at the opening and never corrected. It appeared in 3 of 5 filed decisions as though established. Two desks had the material to check it; neither did.

The seeded figure is not a trick. It is the measurement: it shows whether a room under time pressure verifies what it is told, and which desk was positioned to catch it.
